Triple-Dipped Golden Cob™

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh sweetcorn cobs, husked and cleaned

  • 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

  • 200g milk chocolate

  • 150g white chocolate

  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (optional, for smoother gloss)

  • Sea salt flakes (optional, for contrast)

Equipment

  • 3 heatproof bowls

  • Saucepan with gently simmering water (for bain-marie)

  • Skewers or wooden sticks

  • Baking parchment

  • Cooling rack
